Painting

The old paint is removed from the machine, any faults are corrected and the machine is painted according to the colours chosen by the customer.

Installation

Carriages and tables are ground and the components and parts of the machine are adjusted to provide an optimum level of performance in any of its functions.

Adjustement

We certify the tolerance and precision of the machine using various methods, such as testing with precision clocks, as well as laser and Ballbar® processing.
